  1. I've been involved in an accident before wherein I suffered structural injuries. But when I discovered Yoga, everything healed very well that I fell in love with it. Nevertheless, it also improved my balance and flexibility. I can reach my toes now! LOL! Yoga has such tremendous benefits and now I'm enjoying every bit of it.
